From my #100daysnearstrethall series. . The piece was inspired by the farm and yard at Littlebury Green in North Essex and the Hedge-Garlic (Jack-by the hedge) in the lanes nearby.  The work is composed of pieces of rusted, eco-dyed, painted and printed repurposed linen with applique and free motion machine embroidery.

The textile piece measures approximately 24 x 24 cm and is float mounted onto off white mountboard.

The frame is white painted wood box frame with glass and measures approx. 33 x 33 cm
